Steve Knowler, Director, 49

Steve set up Chiltern Air Management Ltd nearly 15 years ago and, as owner and Managing Director, he’s built it into a very successful business. He loves cars (his company’s success means he can enjoy an Aston Martin Vantage S convertible any day he likes), but his first love is travel. There’s no continent he hasn’t been to and he’s built up a wealth of experience over the years – he knows where to go and where to find the very best holidays at the very best prices.

“Everyone should get the opportunity to travel and see the world, but I do genuinely appreciate that I’ve been extremely lucky on that front. I’d love to think that we’ll make people’s travel dreams come true via as it’s been such a life changing experience for me. What a cool thing to be able to do for people.” – sounds like a guy who’s excited about delivering great experiences.

Ross MacKerron, Operational Director, 53

With over 30 years’ experience within the motor industry, holding senior operational roles with household names such as Ford, Honda (UK) and The London Taxi Company, Ross is a confirmed ‘petrolhead’! A lover of modern classics, he’s the proud owner of a stunning Aston Martin DB7 Vantage and has been lucky enough to own other iconic cars over the years ranging from a Triumph TR6, several Porsches through to a Lotus Esprit Turbo SE. Lucky guy! He’s an expert car buyer, with the ability to seek out the very best cars whilst working to exacting (and annoying to others!!) standards. “I simply love cars.

I love seeing how the right car can add so much to someone’s life – but these cars are quite often unattainable to most. I obviously can’t just give everyone a dream car, but through I can give them a realistic chance of owning and driving something truly special. That’s exciting, I love it.” – what a great way to describe what gets you out of bed in the morning. Ross’s linkedin profile and endorsements can be viewed here

Hugo, Head Of Security, 5

Hugo doesn’t really like cars that much and he never enjoys it when his family go on holiday, but he takes his responsibilities as Head of Security very seriously. Although incredibly friendly, he did once bark at a postman and is very proud of this singular expression of rabid aggression! Hugo prefers to leave the car behind and his idea of the perfect travel experience is a five mile walk in the Chiltern Hills. Not quite sure how he got through the interview process for…….
